Express Post International Parcels offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery.

Delivery Time

Average delivery time is just over 1 week, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery within Australia, and 4 weeks for international.

I order the prints individually when an order is received, and I check each one for quality before it is sent out. If the prints are in stock, delivery will be within 7 days.

Packaging

All prints are unframed, carefully packed, and delivered securely in a flat envelope for smaller prints. The large size prints are carefully rolled up in a sturdy cardboard postal cylinder.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your print quality when you receive it, please contact me for a return shipping address and I will happily refund your money or exchange prints (minus shipping costs), however, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
